What does 咪咪 (mimi) mean in chinese?

From the film 'bu neng shuo de mi mi' by jay chou, i know the english translation is 'secret' and that 'bu neng shuo de' means something like 'cant say' but i have no idea what the 'mi mi' means. help anyone? ^^
